                              RESOLUTION NO. 21728
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
                 CONTRACT OF PURCHASE AND SALE WITH FIRST
                 CENTRUM CORPORATION FOR TWO PLUS/MINUS (2+)
                 ACRES OF LAND AT THE ADMINISTRATION SCHOOL
                 OFFICE SITE ON WEST 40TH STREET FOR THE PURPOSE
                 OF CONSTRUCTING A ROADWAY TO AN ADJACENT
                 PARCEL.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract of Purchase and Sale with First Centrum
       Corporation for 2+ acres of land at the Administrative School
       office site on West 40th Street for the purpose of constructing a 

       roadway to an adjacent parcel.
